Exhibitors

We are pleased to invite exhibitors to join the Swedish Development Research Conference in Uppsala and Stockholm.

The Conference:

The Development Research Conference (DevRes) was founded in 2016 as a multi-disciplinary forum for researchers working in fields linked to development and sustainability.

The conference aims to promote networking and collaboration between researchers, public agencies, policy makers, organisations and practitioners, in order to find solutions for poverty and develop strategies for the future of sustainable development.

The upcoming DevRes conference will be held on August 22-24, 2022 and will be hosted by GlobeLife, a joint initiative of Uppsala University and Karolinska Institutet. The conference will offer both onsite participation as well as digital live-streaming and chat functions. The 1st day of the conference will be at Uppsala University, the 2nd day fully online and the 3rd day at Karolinska Institutet.

We are expecting around 200 onsite delegates and 200 online over the three days.

Venues:

The conference will be held in Uppsala for the 1st day, at the University Main Building, 22 August 2022. The exhibition area is located on the ground . This ensures that delegates will pass the exhibition area.

On the 3rd day, the conference will be held in Stockholm at Karolinska Institutet, at the Aula Medica, 24 August 2022. The exhibition area is located on the ground floor.

Exhibitor opportunities:

As the conference will be a blended hybrid there are a few different opportunities in which exhibitors can take part:

1. Onsite participation with a booth at Uppsala University (the 1st day: 22 August) with online participation for all 3 days of the conference via the online conference platform.
a. Cost 8,000 SEK (excl. VAT)
b. Onsite booth (Standard 3m2 exhibition space): with 1 table, chair and electricity
c. Includes 1 free registration including meals/coffees that day
d. Exhibitor info on the Digital platform:
i. Banner
ii. Logo
iii. Up to 2 videos on the Digital platform
iv. Short text (maximum 400 words)
v. Social media links
vi. Documents (up to 3)

2. Onsite participation with a booth at Karolinska Institutet (the 3rd day: 24 August) with online participation for all 3 days of the conference via the online conference platform.
a. Cost 8,000 SEK (excl. VAT)
